Vehicle listings, weekly rates and availability shown on this site are informational and can change at any time. Nothing on the site is an offer or a binding reservation. A rental only exists once we approve your application and you sign our Rental Agreement. If anything on this site conflicts with your signed Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement controls.

To apply you must be at least 21 years old (or the minimum age stated for the specific vehicle), hold a valid, unexpired driver’s license, and be legally able to enter a contract. We may decline any application at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Everything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account used for fraud, abuse, or in violation of these Terms.

Submitting an application authorizes us to verify the information you provide, and where you have given consent, to obtain driving record or background screening reports as part of our review.

• Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
• Amounts shown as due, including deposits, rental payments, extensions and fees, come from your Rental Agreement and your account activity.
• If you save a card on file, charges to it are governed by the Card-on-File & Recurring Payment Authorization in your Rental Agreement.
• Payments are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in your Rental Agreement. Contact us promptly about any charge you believe is incorrect.
• A failed, reversed or disputed payment does not remove amounts you owe under your Rental Agreement.

You agree that agreements signed electronically through this site are valid and enforceable, and that we may deliver notices, agreements and receipts to you electronically at the email address on your account.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or someone else’s information.
• Attempt to access accounts, records or areas of the site that are not yours.
• Scrape, copy, or bulk-download listings or renter data.
• Interfere with, overload, probe or attempt to break the site or its security.
• Use the site for anything unlawful.

The site, its text, photos, logos and design are owned by Road Ready Rentals ATL LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Content you upload, such as photos and documents, remains yours; you grant us permission to store and use it to operate your rental.

We rely on outside providers for payments, email, hosting and screening, and the site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of services we do not control.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep information current but do not warrant that listings, pricing, availability or other content are error-free, or that the site will be uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Road Ready Rentals ATL LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and this section does not change the liability terms in your signed Rental Agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes relating to this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, unless your Rental Agreement provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the update.
