• Contact and identity details you give us: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, and driver’s license number and photo.
• Rental records: vehicle assigned, rental dates, agreements you sign (including your electronic signature, the time you signed and the IP address used), inspection photos, checklists and emergency contact.
• Payment information: amounts, due dates, payment history and receipts. Card numbers are entered directly with our payment processor (Stripe) and are stored by them, not by us. We only ever see the card brand and last four digits.
• Screening information where you have authorized a background or driving record check as part of your application.
• Website and device data: pages viewed, approximate time of visit, browser and device type, and IP address, used for security and to understand how the site is used.

• To review rental applications and decide whether to approve a rental.
• To prepare, send and store rental agreements and other documents for signature.
• To bill you, process payments, and collect past-due amounts you owe.
• To operate the rental: scheduling, inspections, maintenance, extensions and returns.
• To send service messages about your rental, payments, and account.
• To keep records required by law, insurance, and our own accounting.
• To prevent fraud, protect our vehicles, and secure our systems.

If you give us your phone number or email address, we may contact you about your application, rental, payments and account. You can opt out of non-essential marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by replying STOP to a text. We will still send you messages required to operate an active rental, such as payment and return notices.

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure basic site usage. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent the renter portal from working.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that run parts of our business for us — our payment processor, email delivery provider, hosting and database provider, and background screening provider.
• Vehicle owners and fleet managers who supply the specific vehicle you rent, limited to what they need to manage that rental.
• Insurance carriers, law enforcement, toll and citation authorities, and recovery or towing services when it relates to your rental or is required by law.
• Legal and professional advisors, or a successor if our business is sold or reorganized.

Traffic to our site is encrypted in transit. Access to renter records is restricted by role and enforced on our servers, so an owner or manager only sees the vehicles and renters assigned to them. Sensitive files such as license photos and inspection images are stored in private storage that is not publicly reachable. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep rental applications, agreements, payment records and related documents for as long as needed to operate the rental and afterward for the periods required by tax, insurance and other legal obligations. Records we no longer need are deleted or de-identified.

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date.
• Ask us to delete information we are not required to keep for legal, accounting or active-rental reasons.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Our services are for adults who meet our minimum rental age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site or your rental after a change means you accept the updated policy.
